NCMA Café
NCMA Café’s fall menu draws inspiration from the cultures, flavors, and art of the Veneto region of Italy and the Ottoman Empire (present-day Turkey and Greece). Chef Rick Sloan has built a rich and colorful palette utilizing traditional ingredients and flavor profiles from those cultures. Standout dishes include the tahini flatbread, piled with pickled red onions and fresh herbs, and the pumpkin and pancetta risotto, garnished with cardamom-roasted pumpkin seeds. Enjoy brunch Wednesday through Sunday with dishes like apple streusel French toast and shrimp and grits. We can’t wait for you to join us!
