We’re excited to welcome visitors back to a new Museum experience starting this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, October 8 and 9. Learn more about the free opening weekend celebration and see a full schedule of events celebrating the People’s Collection, reimagined. On Saturday, we anticipate parking to be at capacity throughout the day and encourage carpooling and/or alternative modes of transportation.

NCMA Camps

Let your child’s imagination soar. These fun-filled camps are the perfect place to discover art both indoors and out. Enhanced by exploration of the Museum’s galleries and Park, camps include drawing, painting, mixed media, and sculpture; nature walks; storytelling; and creative movement. Each camp’s offerings are unique, so children may enjoy more than one session.

Each camp is Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4:30 pm, with classes for ages 6–7, 7–8, 8–9, 9–11, and 12–14.
