During Art in Bloom, March 19–23, paid timed tickets are required for admission to West Building. Paid tickets are also required for the exhibition The Time Is Always Now: Artists Reframe the Black Figure in East Building. Please note that Art in Bloom is sold out. East Building collection galleries and the Museum Park remain open and free to visitors.

This beloved series started during the pandemic to showcase diverse North Carolina bands that represent our state’s rich musical landscape. Recorded in the Museum galleries and presented with Come Hear North Carolina, the virtual concert series kicked off September 1, 2020, and premiered on PBS North Carolina in April 2021.

We continue Music at the Museum with an in-person festival from the Joseph M. Bryan, Jr., Theater in the Museum Park stage. The festival can also be viewed at home on TV or web thanks to live broadcasting from the stage by our friends at PBS NC!
