Outdoor Films: Soul
Soul (2020). Directed by Pete Docter, Kemp Powers, 100 min., PG
Joe Gardner (Jamie Foxx), a band teacher and jazz pianist, finds himself suddenly transported from the streets of New York to The Great Before–a magical place where souls get their personalities before they start their life on earth. Determined to return to his life, Joe teams up with a stubborn soul, 22 (Tina Fey), who has no interest in the human experience. As Joe tries to show 22 the wonderful things about living, he discovers what it really means to have a soul.
Where do I park? Can I bring my dog? How about picnics? What happens if it rains? For answers to these questions and others, see our 2022 Movie Policies.
