Mindful Museum Workshop: Processing Ecological Grief through Art
The imperiled state of the environment has been found to cause negative effects on people’s mental health. “Eco-grief” can be overwhelming and evoke an array of emotions, such as apathy and anger. In conjunction with the spring exhibition Fault Lines: Art and the Environment, this workshop gives participants an opportunity to unpack some of their feelings around, and find healthy ways to cope with, these issues through art. Facilitated by Jesalyn Keziah, MSW; all materials provided. Ages 18 and up.
