Mindful Museum: Tai Chi Cane
Experience the usefulness of a simple walking cane while enjoying the softness of yang-style tai chi ensconced in the natural beauty of the Museum Park. Class includes a brief warm-up followed by qigong for breath work and then fundamental movements and form. Each motion will be explained in detail and practiced independently and as part of a simplified routine.
Taught by Imari Col³n of East Cloud Kungfu. Wear comfortable clothes and dress appropriately for the weather. Suitable for all levels; ages 16 and up.
