Mindful Museum: Art-Inspired Wisdom Circles to Build Resilience
Join Nina Be, local trauma-informed yoga teacher, for a powerful 90-minute exploration of art and yourself in community. You are safely guided through art observation, breathing exercises, meditation, compassionate conversation, and expressive writing to collectively witness and transform challenges into resilience.
Each session focuses on a different theme, access point into self-discovery, and artwork from our collection. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat. Suitable for all levels and abilities, ages 16 and up. Space is limited.
