Mahj at the Museum

Gather your friends, roll up your sleeves, and get ready for an afternoon of fun and friendly competition at the Museum. Whether you’re a seasoned Mahjong player or brand new to the game, this event welcomes all skill levels to join in the excitement. Light experience? No problem! We’ll have a Mahjong maven on hand to guide newcomers so everyone can join in the fun.

Bring your own Mahjong sets and current NMJL hands and rules card together with your enthusiasm, your love for games, and your support for the arts—we can’t wait to play with you!

Mimosas and canapés included with ticket. Admission is limited to 48 players, so sign up early. Extra sets will be available for those who don’t have them. Beautiful handmade mats and other accessories by Amanda Toppe will be available for sale at the event.

This event is a program of the NCMA’s Initiative for Jewish Art and Culture.
