Chef’s Table: Art in Bloom
Join us for a special “pre-emergent” Art in Bloom event. Executive Chef Rich Carter’s menu inspiration is the People’s Collection painting The Garden Parasol, and the dinner incorporates the colors, textures, and emotions portrayed in the artwork.
Guests first learn about this 19th-century painting by Frederick Carl Frieseke from Lauren Applebaum, Jim and Betty Becher Curator of American Art. After a festive cocktail hour, diners are treated to a multicourse dinner that emphasizes the fresh and bright flavors of a spring garden with luscious boutique wine pairings. The blending of nature’s beauty and culinary finesse offers a dining experience that invokes tranquility and appreciation for both art and cuisine.
Note gluten free or vegan in special request.
Reservations close Wednesday, February 28.
