Due to unforeseen circumstances and expected inclement weather, the Watchhouse concert originally scheduled for Saturday, October 1, has been rescheduled to Friday, October 28. Tickets for the original date can be used for the rescheduled date; just present your ticket at the new event. During this time enjoy free exhibitions on view in East Building, indoor and outdoor events and programming, and the 164-acre Museum Park. Art of the Landscape with Peter Marin


Artists use landscape to render ideas about modernity, discovery, manifest destiny, colonialism, beauty, and environmentalism. Peter Marin leads this six-week painting course at community partner Diamante Arts and Cultural Center with visits to the NCMA galleries. You will receive more information about the location and supplies list on the confirmation email. This class takes place every Friday From May 27th to July 1st. (Friday 5/27, 6/3, 6/10, 6/17, 6/24, and 7/1) from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
