Due to unforeseen circumstances and expected inclement weather, the Watchhouse concert originally scheduled for Saturday, October 1, has been rescheduled to Friday, October 28. Tickets for the original date can be used for the rescheduled date; just present your ticket at the new event. Please note: West Building is now closed through October 7, 2022, to complete an exciting reinstallation of the People’s Collection. During this time enjoy free exhibitions on view in East Building, indoor and outdoor events and programming, and the 164-acre Museum Park. NCMA Cinema: Indoor Films

This NCMA Cinema season, come to the Museum to view documentary films made by North Carolinians that celebrate the resilience, compassion, creativity, and activism of communities and individuals across the state.

The Department of Natural and Cultural Resources and the North Carolina Museum of Art require film and lecture program participants ages 13 and up to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 NAAT or PCR test result; test results must be within 72 hours of the event. Please plan to have one of these items in hand upon entry for Museum personnel.

Following local ordinances, the NCMA has made masks optional for visitors inside all buildings, including restrooms and concession buildings.
