Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold. The raffle winner will be refunded for any prepurchased portion of this prize package. By purchasing a raffle ticket, the winner agrees to comply with the rules of the raffle.

Raffle Rules and Regulations
The raffle prize is four passes to the behind-the-scenes installation of Art in Bloom, Tuesday, March 17, 2026; four unlimited entry passes, Wednesday, March 18–Sunday, March 22; four tickets to the Art in Bloom Starry Night Designer Reception, Wednesday, March 18; and a private tarot reading for four. The prize is valued at $1,050. The prize is not redeemable for cash and may not be resold.
The Foundation will comply with all applicable tax requirements, including reporting and withholding requirements. The Foundation will pay applicable taxes on behalf of the winner and report the prize to the IRS. The Foundation will mail applicable tax forms to the winner of the raffle.
Through their purchase ticket buyers agree to abide by the rules of the raffle.
The winner does not need to be present to win. Ticket buyers must reside in the United States.
The prize package is final AS IS and may not be resold under any circumstances, in part or in whole. Unused portions of the prize package may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Staff of the North Carolina Museum of Art (state entity) and North Carolina Museum of Art Foundation, Inc., along with members of their households, are not eligible to participate.
The cost of a raffle ticket is $50. Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold.
The raffle ticket price is not tax deductible as a contribution to the Foundation.
Tickets may be purchased online, in person, or by phone. They may not be purchased from funds received via mail, nor will the Foundation send tickets back to purchasers via mail.
The raffle will begin at 10 am on Thursday, January 22, 2026, and will conclude at 5 pm on Sunday, March 15, 2026. The drawing will take place on Monday, March 16, 2026. The winner will be selected via random number draw by the Foundation’s accounting firm. After the winner is notified, their name will be announced on the raffle page of the NCMA website and sent via email to all raffle-ticket buyers.
