The Value of Vitamin N (Nature): Guided Walk in the Museum Park

The Museum Park offers an opportunity to gather outside together for a walk and talk about the value of vitamin N (nature). Learn some of the fascinating research about the advantages of being in nature while stopping along the path to practice guided experiential reflections.

This program is facilitated by Raleigh psychologist Dr. Sandra Wartski. Please dress comfortably and plan to walk about one mile on the Park’s paved walkways.

Space is limited to 20 adults. Children under 6 are welcome to accompany their caregivers; no ticket is necessary.

Art in Bloom floral installations in West Building are ticketed separately.
Parking will be crowded; arrive early to allow time for parking and making your way to the Welcome Center.
