SEEK Raleigh presents Girls! Girls? Girls.

Presented by 1st Lady Management and SEEK Raleigh, Girls! Girls? Girls. makes its North Carolina debut at the NCMA.

Girls! Girls? Girls. is a one-woman play and short documentary film written by award-winning performer, writer, and Broadway producer Marjuan Canady. This hysterical satire explores the past, present, and funny yet frightening future of the global Black woman. Canady portrays ten characters who all have their unique spin on the Black female image. In the short film, Canady and her comrades take their wit to the streets, to schools, and throughout the entertainment industry to gain perspective on the current state of Black womanhood.

Directly following the performance and screening, Canady is joined on stage by local artists and storytellers for a post-show talkback.
