Due to unforeseen circumstances and expected inclement weather, the Watchhouse concert originally scheduled for Saturday, October 1, has been rescheduled to Friday, October 28. Tickets for the original date can be used for the rescheduled date; just present your ticket at the new event. Open Studio: Davis Choun

Drop into the NCMA’s Studio 1 to watch Raleigh artist Davis Choun making art, demonstrating techniques, and answering questions from the public.

About the artist
Choun was born and raised in Rutherford County in western North Carolina and graduated from the School of Design at NC State in 2015. His work has been supported by various galleries around North Carolina, including Artspace in downtown Raleigh, where he was awarded an Emerging Artist Residency in 2017 and where he currently works out of his studio.
