Join Jesalyn Keziah, MSW to explore themes of growth and transformation through creative expression as a form of self-care. As spring bursts forth, we are experiencing a powerful and beautiful period of expansion. We may be feeling a similar shift in ourselves.
This two-hour workshop will utilize art making as a way to explore our inner growth during this time. We will focus on making space for joy and play, inviting in the new energy of the spring. Bring any materials you’d like—watercolors, colored pencils, paper for poetry or collage! All levels of experience are welcome; we will focus on process rather final products. For ages 16 and up.
