Join Jesalyn Keziah, MSW, to explore themes around seasonal shifts in self-care—from winter stillness toward spring renewal—inspired by works from our collection. Discussion, art-making exercises, meditative breathwork, reflective journaling, and other tools guide you through this creative exploration of self-care. As we realize the power of art to get in touch with our inner selves, we process emotions that have arisen in the stillness of winter and work with the healing power of art, connecting with ourselves and each other. Ends at 8 pm. For ages 16 and up.
