Please note: West Building is now closed through October 7, 2022, to complete an exciting reinstallation of the People’s Collection. During this time enjoy free exhibitions on view in East Building, indoor and outdoor events and programming, and the 164-acre Museum Park. We’re excited to welcome visitors back to a new Museum experience starting October 8, 2022. Learn more about the opening weekend celebration.

Mindful Museum: Virtual Art and Self-Care Hour

Sold Out

Join Jesalyn Keziah, MSW, to explore themes around seasonal shifts in self-care–from winter stillness toward spring renewal–inspired by works from our collection. Discussion, art-making exercises, meditative breathwork, reflective journaling, and other tools guide you through this creative exploration of self-care. As we realize the power of art to get in touch with our inner selves, we process emotions that have arisen in the stillness of winter and work with the healing power of art, connecting with ourselves and each other. Ends at 8 pm. For ages 16 and up.

Due to high demand, this is an encore session of the Feb 3 program; content will be the same.
