Mindful Museum: Virtual Art and Self-Care Hour
Join Jesalyn Keziah, MSW, for a creative exploration of self-care and play as we intentionally honor the shift into summer’s expansion. We will use guided meditation, playful artmaking, and breathwork to tailor our self-care in a way that reflects our own seasonal needs. All mediums and levels of art experience are welcome. This is a time to focus on process rather than on creating a final product.
