Mindful Museum: Slow Art Appreciation for the Great Backyard Bird Count

Slow art is a growing movement to mindfully observe and communally appreciate art. Participants are guided through a brief centering practice followed by an intentional observation of a print from John James Audubon’s Birds of America in honor of the annual Great Backyard Bird Count. Sharing and discussion are encouraged. For ages 16 and up.
