Mindful Museum: Outdoor Yoga (Mat and Chair)
Mindful movement and the tranquil outdoor setting of our courtyard come together to create an inspirational experience that is suitable for a variety of physical abilities and all skill levels. Participants are guided through multiple options for the movement that is best for their body, and chairs are provided for those who want them. Ages 16 and up.
This program occurs on the third Thursday of the month September–November and will return in the spring.
