Join Raleigh-based mindfulness teacher Andrea Rice for an evening of ritual and reflection to celebrate the arrival of summer. During this two-hour session, Rice offers guided meditations, gentle movement, and journaling prompts, plus a discussion on the history of summer solstice rituals and the significance of current astrological patterns. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, notebook, and water bottle. All skill levels welcome; ages 16 and up. Space is limited.
