Live from the Studio: Freddie Bell

In this virtual artist talk and demonstration, Raleigh artist Freddie Bell takes you through the making of “bones.” These abstract sculptural forms are an exploration of how our bodies process grief. A repetitive activity, creating the works serves as meditation and a container for grief.

During the demonstration Bell fabricates a sculpture from start to finish using supplies that can all be found at home and in a local hardware store.
