LEAD and the NCMA: Virtual Sensory Journey through Art

Join us for a virtual journey around the world inspired by art. We’ll deeply explore one work of art and “journey” to its location. This event is intended for adults who are blind, have low vision, or have a learning need that would benefit from a sensory-style experience. The program includes a small kit of sensory objects that can be picked up during registration at LEAD. Audio description, American Sign Language interpretation, large print font, and captions will be available.

Immediately afterward, the NCMA will host a meet and mingle at the Morgan Street Food Hall. Join us and other registrants to talk about the event, meet other event attendees, and grab some food and beverages.

To register for this event, please use the google form. For questions or concerns about this event, please email felicia.ingram@ncdcr.gov.
