Fault Lines: Art and the Environment Member Monday Culinary Tasting Reservations
The chefs at Catering Works have created a special menu pairing for Member Monday. Their sweet and savory tea and cocktail service inspired by the exhibition will delight your senses.
Timed reservations for the culinary tasting are available at 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm, 3:30 pm, 5 pm, and 6:30 pm. Reservations can be for before or after your timed tickets to the exhibition and must be made by April 4. You must reserve your free exhibition tickets separately.
Tickets for the culinary tasting ($25 per person, includes gratuity) are limited to create the optimal member experience.

Pamlico Shores Potato Bravas
Pamlico Shores Yukon Gold potato, coriander-stem pesto, Holly Grove Farms pimento cheese
Carolina Vegetable Poke with NC Peanuts
Carolina Gold rice, locally grown beets, carrots, radishes, and shredded purple cabbage, with our upcycled cilantro-stem cream and ginger scallion sauce topped with NC toasted peanuts
Local Pasture Quiche
Local pasture-raised eggs and bacon with Ashe County Cheese hoop cheddar
Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries
Fresh whole strawberries dipped in semisweet and white chocolate
Not My “Fault” Granola
House-made granola with rolled oats, Full Steam Brewery grain, almonds, sunflower seeds, and a touch of honey and brown sugar
Kir Royale cocktail included with every ticket. Guests will have a choice of beverages upon being seated.
Aguas Frescas
Fruit-flavored waters served in dispensers; pick two flavors: tamarind, Jamaica (hibiscus) mango, or horchata (rice milk with cinnamon)
Mighty Leaf Hot Tea
Served with lemon, sugar, and honey
Sparkling Water
Imported sparkling water with lime garnish
Additional beverages available to purchase on-site.
