Virtual Sensory Journey through Art

7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Overview

Join us and Andrew Wang, head librarian, for a virtual journey inspired by Josef Albers’s New Planting from his Homage to a Square series.

During this hour-long program, participants are prompted to use kit items to activate the senses of touch, taste, smell, and sound. Paired with audio description, this immersive sensory experience fosters a deep, personal connection to the featured artwork. Participants are mailed a small sensory kit free of charge; limited to one kit per household.

Registration closes Friday, September 25.
