In a time that asks us to be constantly productive and on high alert, this workshop offers a gentle container in the galleries to pause and explore the many forms of rest—physical, mental, and emotional—through guided contemplation, community conversation, and practices of rest that might nourish you the most.
The experience concludes with an intentional practice of your choice, from quiet art observation to simple art making, designed to activate the parasympathetic response and support nervous system restoration and daily resilience.
Space is limited. Ages 16 and up.
