Choreographer Darian Moore presents an original dance work inspired by Partial Figure, the NCMA’s exhibition exploring the mystery, emotion, and expressive power of the human form.
Drawing on the exhibition’s themes of revelation and concealment, Moore uses movement to explore how we understand ourselves and others through fragments of stories, memories, and experiences. In conversation with artworks spanning centuries—from ancient sculpture to modern photography—this contemporary performance invites audiences to consider what is seen, what is hidden, and what is left to the imagination.
