Get an insider’s view of the exhibition Golden Mummies of Egypt from home with this special program just for families! Look closely, ask questions, and learn more during this 30-minute interactive virtual session. Each program focuses on one or two works of art to introduce families to objects from the lives and afterlives of ancient Egyptians. Best for children six and up.
Ancient lives, eternal gold. This exhibition presents eight extraordinary, gilded mummies and more than 100 related objects, including papyri, jewelry, ceramics, and deity works that connect the daily lives of these Greco-Roman Egyptians to the religious world of the gods.
