Magdalena Pintos: Maggie has been practicing yoga for 8 years. She is passionate about Yoga because it has transformed her mind, body, and spirit in the best ways possible. “I always say that ‘Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither was yoga,’ because yoga is a journey, and I strongly believe that anyone can follow this path with self-love and good intentions.”
Class description: The class will be an all-levels slow flow: one breath, one movement, but certain poses will be held longer. There will be many modifications and challenges given, and the class will be filled with encouragement to just play with your body and deepen your understanding of why yoga is a practice, and not something one can fully master.
