Bryanne Senor: Brye is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and has taught various styles and levels of yoga since 2008, with a focus on beginners and the gentle side of things. Yoga has become an essential tool in helping her navigate being human in this world, expanding her heart, and knowing herself.
Class description: Based on traditional Vinyasa Krama, this practice will be intentional and mindful. Movements will be linked with an inhale or exhale, creating space in the body by slowing down and expanding the breath. Moving this way not only facilitates release of physical tension, but also helps calm the mind and nervous system. You may even tap into something powerful deep within yourself. These classes are fun, nurturing, and open to everyone!
