Sally Raspberry: Sally is an Ayurvedic practitioner and educator with a background in therapeutic massage and yoga. During her travels to Sweden in 1998–2002, she observed that being in tune with nature, eating well, and meditating were essential to living blissfully. After traveling the globe and graduating from massage school, Sally opened an in-home yoga-based Buddhist preschool (Zen Garden) so she could maximize her time with her two amazing daughters. As her children grew, Sally continued her studies in meditation, Ayurveda, and yoga while maintaining a thriving massage therapy practice.
Class description: Gentle Flow yoga that starts with meditation and concludes with a sound bath in savasana. Beginners and expert yogis alike will be met and nourished.
