Born in Philadelphia, PA Nathan Johnson has been a proud resident of North Carolina for most of his twenty-six years. Growing up in Winston-Salem, he developed an attraction to Museums as an early age, volunteering at Sci-Works when he was 14. In 2007 he got a job at Winston’s Reynolda House Museum of American Art. December of that year he was married to the beautiful Anne Leake. Nathan has worked at the NCMA since September of 2007, first as a Gallery Guard and later in Security Access. He is currently taking classes at NC State for an MA in History.
