In late 2002 the Museum began its “Save a Bird” campaign, a fund-raising effort to restore the gorgeous volumes of John James Audubon’s The Birds of America. Completely conserved, these bound volumes are shown together at the NCMA for the first time in several years. Come see all four beautiful volumes on one special day that’s strictly “for the birds.” This free event is for members only. TRAVEL Travel via coach to the newly opened Reginald F.
