Still life: a painting or drawing of inanimate objects, such as fruit or flowers. Though the definition seems simple, the art tells a different story. Join Deputy Director for Art John Coffey as he takes us on a journey through Still-Life Masterpieces and introduces us to the men and women who have created these timeless classics: Cézanne, Renoir, O’Keeffe, Manet, and more.

This event features a walking tour through the gallery and a three-course seated dinner. For more information or credit card reservations, call (919) 664-6754, or register online. Seating is limited; advance registration is required. When making your reservation, please state any food allergies. Business attire is suggested.

The fair market value of goods and services received is estimated to be $75 per person for this event (provided at the request of the Internal Revenue Service).
