The Adventurous Melody West series takes inspiration from works of art in the NCMA. Francesca Rappa shares the process of writing her book Melody West and the Trumpeter Swan and answers audience questions about the book, writing stories, and being an author. She will then lead a small group tour in the galleries and highlight the pieces that inspired her own writing. A wonderful experience for any young writer.
