How does a photographer use light and dark to create depth and drama? Survey photographs on special exhibition and make a monochromatic painting from a personal photo you bring to class.
Even if you’ve never picked up a paintbrush, now’s your chance to have fun engaging with art while taking a closer look at works in the Museum’s collection. Each 2 1/2-hour session offers an informal gallery discussion paired with a studio experience. Enhance your appreciation of art and try your hand at artists’ techniques and materials in a relaxed atmosphere. Supplies provided. Register online or call the Museum Box Office, (919) 715-5923.
