What perceptual skills do artists use to help them see what to draw? Simple “right-brained” exercises stretch your abilities to notice edges, spaces, relationships, lights, and shadows.
Even if you’ve never picked up a paintbrush, now’s your chance to have fun engaging with art while taking a closer look at works in the Museum’s collection. Each session offers an informal gallery discussion paired with a studio experience. Enhance your appreciation of art and try your hand at artists’ techniques and materials in a relaxed atmosphere. Supplies provided. Register online or call the Museum Box Office (919) 715-5923.
