Art historian and videographer Dr. Susan Vogel discusses the making of her documentary about the life and work of El Anatsui. Vogel, an internationally recognized curator and African art expert, has held positions of curator at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, founding director of the Museum for African Art, director of the Yale University Art Gallery, and professor in the Department of Art History at Columbia University. Light refreshments will be served after the one-hour video. The evening ends with a discussion led by Vogel.
