N. E. D. is an alternative rock band on a mission; these talented musicians are also distinguished gynecologic oncologists. They're raising awareness and supporting women with cancer with original music that's gaining serious critical cred.
In a review of the band's first EP, All Music Guide says, "It never feels like the quality of the music is taking a back seat to the importance of the cause." N.E.D. plans to release its first full-length album this year.
Jeanne Jolly will open the show and Kitty Kinnin of FM 100.7 The River will serve as emcee.
