ChamberSoul Music Concert to Highlight 30 Americans

Friday, September 2 | 6:30 pm
East Building, Level B
Free

ChamberSoul artist Shana Tucker performs with her quartet in celebration of the exhibition 30 Americans. The multi-talented cellist and singer-songwriter spins a sultry blend of acoustic pop and soulful, jazz-influenced contemporary folk that has captivated listeners around the Triangle and beyond. Her new CD Shine has been praised by N&O music critic David Menconi as a “delectable combination of folksy acoustic-pop and in-the-pocket jazz topped off with her easy croon.”

Don’t miss this up-and-coming star in a special free performance as we bid farewell to the extraordinary art of 30 Americans. The exhibition will be open and free to the public from 5 pm to 9 pm.
