Take a leisurely look at the Museum’s collection through informal gallery discussions and studio experiences specially designed for seniors. Discover how artists capture the likeness of a person, enhance the surface of an object, or bring balance to a sculpture. You’ll even have a chance to sample a technique or two.

Group Tours

We're a favorite destination for groups of experienced art lovers. Gather your friends, club, or living group and enjoy a day at the Museum. Arrange a group tour.

Traveling Trunks

At Home in Holland", "Friends and Family",  "In the Garden", and "Tunes and Travels"

Traveling Trunk art experiences, available on loan, engage individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. Each trunk includes reproductions of a work of art from the Museum’s collection accompanied by replicas of items that can be seen in the painting. Conversation starters and activities are designed to stimulate interaction, the senses, and memory.
